They will NEVER answer there phone during normal business hours-always goes to voice mail. I make my payments by phone and do not have time for voice mail. This worked great when we first switched to them, then the premiums started creeping up, and they became hard to contact. If I am giving you my money, at least have the courtesy to answer the phone and let me pay you.
